Risk Disclosure

[HIGHLIGHT BOX] Trading futures and other leveraged financial instruments involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. You can lose money, including the full amount you paid for a license and an account allocation. Only capital you can afford to lose should ever be used. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

1. What FREEDOM QUANT is, and what it is not

FREEDOM QUANT licenses an automated trading system and provides operational support for that system. Under a separate written agreement, a client purchases a license to the software and an allocation that funds trading accounts at third-party proprietary trading firms ("prop firms"). Those accounts are opened in the client's own name, under the client's own agreement with the prop firm.

FREEDOM QUANT is a technology company. It is not a broker-dealer, futures commission merchant, introducing broker, commodity trading advisor, commodity pool operator, investment adviser, bank or money transmitter, and it is not registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission, the National Futures Association, FINRA or any state securities or commodities regulator. [Counsel to confirm the registration status statement and whether any exemption must be claimed or stated.] FREEDOM QUANT does not hold, custody, pool or transmit client funds, and it has no access to the client's bank accounts or to payouts made by a prop firm.

Nothing on this website is investment advice, trading advice, tax advice or legal advice, and nothing on it is an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security, futures contract, option or other financial instrument. Consult your own licensed professionals before making any decision.

2. How prop-firm accounts work, and the risks that come with them

  • Evaluation and funded accounts are governed by the prop firm. Each firm sets its own rules: profit targets, drawdown limits, consistency rules, position limits, allowed products and hours, payout schedules and payout conditions. A firm may change its rules, suspend or close an account, or deny or delay a payout under its own terms, and FREEDOM QUANT has no control over those decisions.

  • Many prop-firm accounts are simulated. Evaluation accounts, and in many cases funded accounts, are simulated trading environments in which the firm, not an exchange, is the counterparty to the payout. A payout is a contractual obligation of the prop firm. If the firm becomes insolvent, changes its terms or stops paying, the payout may not arrive.

[Counsel and owner to confirm the wording for the specific firms used.]

  • Fees can be lost. Evaluation fees, activation fees, reset fees, data fees and the account allocation itself can be lost in full if the system breaches a rule or if a firm closes an account.

  • Payouts are not fixed. The timing and size of payouts depend on trading results, on the firm's payout rules and on the firm's processing. Figures published on this site describe what happened to a specific group in a specific period, not what will happen to you.

3. Risks specific to an automated trading system

  • Market risk. Strategies that performed well in the past can stop working when market conditions change. Losses can occur quickly, including during periods of high volatility, low liquidity, news events and market halts.

  • Model and data risk. Strategies are built and tested on historical and forward data. Backtests and forward tests have limitations, including survivorship, over-fitting and differences between test conditions and live execution. Testing results do not predict live results.

  • Technology and execution risk. Automated systems depend on servers, data feeds, brokerage and prop-firm platforms, internet connectivity and third-party software. Outages, latency, bugs, disconnections and platform changes can cause missed trades, unintended positions or losses.

  • Operational risk. Team monitoring reduces, but does not eliminate, the chance of a rule breach or an unmanaged position. The system trades under the rules of each firm as coded; a rule change the system has not been updated for can cause a breach.

  • Concentration risk. Your allocation is concentrated in a small number of accounts at a small number of firms, in a narrow set of instruments. Losses in one account are not offset by diversification.

4. Risks of the commercial structure

  • You may not recover your entry. The structure directs 100% of the first profits actually paid out to the client until the client's entry is recovered, then splits later payouts 70% to the client and 30% to FREEDOM QUANT. This describes how payouts are allocated if and when they occur. It is not a promise that payouts will occur, that the entry will be recovered, or that any particular amount or timing will be achieved.

  • No assurance of profit. FREEDOM QUANT does not offer any assurance, warranty or protection against loss. Any person who tells you that a trading result is certain is misleading you.

  • Liquidity. The license fee and the account allocation are paid up front and are not refundable except as stated in the written agreement. The money is not available to you during the term.

  • Taxes. Payouts may be taxable income in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for your own tax reporting and for any forms a prop firm requires. FREEDOM QUANT does not provide tax advice.

5. About the figures on this website

The website publishes the following figures: about 100 pilot participants between December 2025 and July 2026; 85% of them recovered their account cost and finished in profit; more than $1,000,000 paid out from prop-firm accounts to participants in aggregate; a first payout typically within 18 to 37 days of activation; and 12 new clients in the 30 days before the stated date. These are historical figures for a specific group in a specific period, compiled from the company's client tracking records. They are published conservatively and updated as records are completed. Some participants broke even or lost money. Individual results vary widely with the accounts used, the firm's rules, the period, market conditions and the client's own decisions. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Full details of how the figures are compiled are on the Results and Testimonials Disclaimer page.

6. Who this is not for

Do not license the system if the amount involved is money you may need in the next six months, if you cannot afford to lose it in full, if you are relying on it to pay living expenses or debt, or if you expect a fixed or promised result. FREEDOM QUANT screens for this on the fit call and will decline to proceed when the money is not free capital.

7. Operating entity and contact

FREEDOM QUANT is operated by [LEGAL_ENTITY], a company organized in Israel. Contact: [SUPPORT_EMAIL]. Prop firms named in the documents shown on this site are independent third parties; FREEDOM QUANT is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any of them.
