1. Who we are
This website is operated by [LEGAL_ENTITY] ("FREEDOM QUANT", "we", "us"), a company organized in Israel, with its principal place of business at [ADDRESS]. We are the controller of the personal information described in this policy. Contact for privacy matters: [PRIVACY_EMAIL].
2. What we collect
Information you give us
- Fit-call form: full name, email address, phone number, country, your confirmation that you understand the risk of loss, and your choice about receiving calls and texts.
- Calendar booking: the time you pick, your time zone, and any notes you add. The booking is processed by our calendar provider ([CALENDAR_PROVIDER]).
- Calls and correspondence: what you tell us on the fit call or by email, including information about your available capital, which we ask only so we can tell you honestly whether the program is suitable for you. Fit calls held on Zoom may be recorded with notice at the start of the call.
Information collected automatically
- Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, language, referring page, pages viewed, time on page, and approximate location derived from IP address.
- Campaign data: the advertising campaign, source, medium and content parameters in the link that brought you here (UTM parameters), stored in your browser and sent with your form.
- Cookies and similar technologies: see section 5.
Information from other sources
If you arrive from an advertising platform, that platform may tell us that you clicked an ad. We do not buy personal information about you from data brokers.
We do not collect Social Security numbers, government ID numbers, bank account numbers, card numbers or precise geolocation through this website. Do not send them to us by email or in a form.
3. How we use it
- To respond to your request, schedule and hold the fit call, and send you the pre-call briefing.
- To check whether the program is suitable for you, including whether the money involved is free capital.
- To send you follow-up communications about your request, and, with your consent where required, marketing communications.
- To run, secure, measure and improve the website and our advertising.
- To comply with law, enforce our terms, and protect our rights and the rights of others.
We do not use your personal information for automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you.
4. Who we share it with
- Service providers that process information for us under contract: website hosting and build ([Lovable / hosting provider]), database ([Supabase or equivalent]), calendar booking ([CALENDAR_PROVIDER]), video calls (Zoom), email and SMS delivery, customer relationship management, and analytics.
- Advertising platforms (for example Meta and Google) that receive limited data through cookies and pixels, as described in section 5. Under some US state laws this counts as "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising, and you can opt out (section 9).
- Professional advisers such as lawyers and accountants, under confidentiality.
- Authorities when required by law, subpoena or court order, or to protect safety and rights.
- A successor in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, with notice to you where required.
We do not sell personal information for money, and we do not share it with prop firms or any third party for their own marketing.
5. Cookies, pixels and analytics
We use three kinds of technologies:
| Type | Purpose | Your choice |
|---|---|---|
| Essential | Make the site work: remember your cookie choice, keep the form working, protect against abuse. | Always on. |
| Analytics | Understand how visitors use the site (pages, scroll depth, form completion). Provider: [Google Analytics 4 or equivalent]. | Loads only after you choose "Allow" in the cookie bar. Change your choice any time from the link in the footer. |
| Advertising | Measure whether our ads led to a booking and show relevant ads. Providers: [Meta Pixel, Google Ads]. | Loads only after you choose "Allow". Opt out of sharing for advertising through the "Do Not Sell or Share" link in the footer or by sending a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser, which we honor. |
You can also block cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work without analytics or advertising cookies.
6. Calls, texts and email
- Calls and text messages. If you check the consent box on the form, you agree that FREEDOM QUANT may call or text you at the number you provided about your request, including with automated dialing or texting technology. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. You can also withdraw consent by emailing [SUPPORT_EMAIL]. If you do not check the box, we will contact you only by email and through the calendar invitation.
- Email. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Transactional emails about your booking are sent regardless of marketing preferences.
7. Retention and security
We keep form and booking information for as long as needed to handle your request and for up to [24 months] after our last contact, unless a longer period is required by law or by a client agreement. Analytics data is kept in aggregated form. We use encryption in transit, access controls and provider security measures, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot promise absolute security.
8. International transfers
We are based in Israel and use service providers in the United States and the European Union. Your information may be processed in any of those places. Where required, we use contractual safeguards for transfers.
9. Your privacy rights, including US state rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to: know what personal information we hold about you and receive a copy; correct inaccurate information; delete your information; opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and of targeted advertising; limit the use of sensitive personal information; and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. These rights are provided under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, and under the privacy laws of Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, Delaware, New Jersey, New Hampshire, Iowa, Nebraska, Tennessee, Minnesota, Maryland, Kentucky, Indiana and Rhode Island, to the extent they apply to us. [Counsel: confirm applicability thresholds; several of these laws apply only above revenue or record-count thresholds that a new site may not meet, and the policy should still honor requests as a matter of practice.]

How to exercise your rights
- Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information / Opt out of targeted advertising: click "Decline" in the cookie bar, use the footer link, or send a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser. We treat a GPC signal as a valid opt-out request for that browser.
- Access, correction, deletion, portability: email [PRIVACY_EMAIL] with the subject "Privacy request", or call [TOLL-FREE NUMBER, if required by counsel]. We will verify your request by matching the information you give us with the information we hold, and we may ask for more information to confirm your identity. - Authorized agent: you may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf; we may ask for proof of authorization and may ask you to verify your identity directly.
- Appeal: if we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision. Residents of states that provide an appeal right will receive a written response and information about contacting their state attorney general.
We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16. We have no actual knowledge of doing so.
Nevada residents
We do not sell covered information as defined by Nevada law. You may still submit a request to [PRIVACY_EMAIL].
Visitors outside the United States
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Israel, you have equivalent rights of access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability and objection under the laws that apply to you, and the right to complain to your data protection authority. Our legal bases for processing are your consent (cookies, marketing), performance of pre-contractual steps at your request (the fit call), and our legitimate interests in running and protecting the site.
10. Children
This site is for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us information, email [PRIVACY_EMAIL] and we will delete it.
11. Changes and contact
